Aelvra grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use ArixQ Calc on your personal device. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Aelvra or other users.

ArixQ Calc aims to be precise, but you are solely responsible for verifying any result before relying on it. Do not use this app for critical financial, medical, legal, engineering, or any other high-stakes decisions. Aelvra accepts no liability for errors in calculation or their consequences.

Currency exchange rates shown in the app are fetched from third-party sources for informational purposes only. They may not reflect real-time market rates and do not constitute financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aelvra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app — including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.

Aelvra's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the app in the preceding twelve months. As ArixQ Calc is a free app, this amount is effectively zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold Aelvra harmless from any claims, losses, or damages — including legal fees — arising from your misuse of the app or your breach of these Terms.

If you bring a legal claim against Aelvra that is found to be frivolous or without merit, you agree to reimburse Aelvra's reasonable legal costs in defending that claim.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Aelvra at contact@aelvra.in and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration, seated in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. Arbitration will be conducted virtually to minimise cost unless the arbitrator requires otherwise.

By using the app, you waive your right to a jury trial or to litigate in court.

All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. You may not participate in any class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action against Aelvra.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any enforcement of arbitration awards or other legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Aelvra regarding your use of ArixQ Calc.

Termination: Aelvra may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
