Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Trade Mint ("the App", "we", "us", "Aelvra") handles user information when you use our mobile application. Trade Mint is a high-stakes cryptocurrency futures trading simulator / paper trading platform. It displays live market data for practice and gaming purposes; no real money or live broker transactions are processed.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a cloud-synchronized competitive trading experience, our app supports both Guest Mode and Authenticated Single Sign-In profiles. We collect the following categories of data:

A. Personal Information & Authentication

  • Google Sign-In Data — when you choose to authenticate via Google Sign-In, we collect and store your verified email address, display name, and a unique authenticated cloud profile User ID (UUID).
  • Profile Metadata — custom usernames created inside the application are stored to populate global room participant leaderboards.

B. App Activity & Simulated Ledgers

  • Simulated Trading Logs — we track your open positions, closed trades, leverage multi-tiers, margins, and historical rolling 30-day performance.
  • Smart Score & Rank Metrics — your performance consistency, risk data (stop-loss activation tags), and rank point calculations are captured to sort weekly dynamic bracket queues.

C. Financial & Transaction Data (In-App Purchases)

  • Purchase History Receipts — when you subscribe to our Premium Desks ($0.49/week, $1.99/month) or buy Mint Credits packs ($0.99–$4.99) via the Google Play Billing System, we transmit and verify encrypted secure purchase receipts/tokens on our servers to provision your digital wallet. We do NOT collect or store your credit card or bank account details.

2. Third-Party Integrations & Advertising Data

The App uses verified third-party developer toolkits (SDKs) which collect limited diagnostic and configuration parameters:

  • Google AdMob (Rewarded Video Ads) — free users can optionally watch rewarded video ads to earn free Mint Credits for resetting their desks. AdMob utilizes the device's standard Advertising ID (AD_ID) to target contextual and region-appropriate marketing networks. These video ad placements are completely disabled for VIP/Subscribed profiles.
  • Secure Cloud Infrastructure — all authenticated user profiles, encrypted transaction receipts, and competitive server-side league configurations are securely hosted on highly protected cloud database nodes, protected with strict enterprise-grade transit encapsulation (HTTPS/WSS).
  • Binance Live Stream — public market ticker feeds are requested directly via secure WebSockets. No personal user credentials, identity IDs, or portfolio positions are shared with market data providers.

3. How We Use and Share Data

Your data is processed strictly to maintain the game ecosystem:

  • To run and manage multiplayer room brackets and leaderboards.
  • To prevent transaction fraud, cross-device wallet tampering, and credit balance manipulation.
  • We never sell, rent, or distribute your email address, username, or behavior history to third-party data brokers.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

We believe in complete data transparency and grant users total sovereignty over their metrics:

  • Data Erasure Portal — users can completely and permanently wipe their server-side verified profile history, trade logs, and active wallet credits at any time by visiting our dedicated data erasure utility page.
  • Guest Mode Exemption — if exploring the platform as a Guest without standard Google Authentication, all simulation history, portfolio logs, and credit balances remain sandboxed entirely within your phone's isolated local device partition. This temporary data can be completely cleared at any time by wiping app storage data via system settings or uninstalling the application.

5. Children's Privacy

Trade Mint is not directed at children and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Security and Governing Law

All database data transmissions off the device are encrypted in transit utilizing industry-standard TLS certificates.

This Policy is governed and construed under the digital information frameworks of India, with legal jurisdictions localized to the courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Effective date" at the top.
