1. About the Service & Virtual Trading Environment

Trade Mint is an educational, practice-oriented cryptocurrency futures trading simulation network. All trades, margins, wallet balances, leverage allocations, liquidations, league rewards, ranks, and asset positions displayed within the App are 100% simulated, fictitious, and entirely virtual.

The App operates purely as a gamified training layout and does not:

• Operate as a financial cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage firm, or investment custodian.
• Handle, settle, or execute real-world financial market trades or digital token swaps.
• Accept, store, or hold real fiat currencies or legal tender on behalf of users.

Simulated results, risk tracking metrics, and historical ledgers generated inside the platform do not guarantee, reflect, or imply identical future execution parameters inside actual financial markets.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using Trade Mint, you represent that you satisfy this requirement and that your use of the App is lawful in your location.

3. Simulated Trading Only

All trades, balances, profits, losses, orders, positions, and other activity shown in Trade Mint are simulated only. They use virtual capital and do not represent real transactions.

Trade Mint does not:

• Accept, hold, transfer, or process real money.
• Buy, sell, transfer, or custody cryptocurrency or other financial instruments.
• Connect to or operate a user's real brokerage, exchange, wallet, or bank account.
• Execute real-market orders.
• Provide real trading accounts or investment accounts.

Simulated performance, returns, rankings, or results may not reflect real-market conditions and are not indicative of future results in actual trading.

4. Not Financial or Investment Advice

The App, its content, market data, charts, calculations, examples, educational material, and simulated results are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating any trading or investment decision and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

5. Market Data and Third-Party Services

The App may request public cryptocurrency market data from third-party providers, such as Binance or other providers used by the App. This data is used to display prices and support the simulation.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, interrupted, or changed without notice. Aelvra does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, or uninterrupted availability of third-party market data.

Third-party providers and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Aelvra is not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless we give you written permission otherwise.

You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or its data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content without permission.
• Scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its third-party data services.
• Introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, or other security threats.
• Misrepresent simulated results as real trading results or use the App to mislead another person.
• Use automated systems or bots in a way that damages, overloads, or interferes with the App.

7. User Accounts & Infrastructure Authentication

To access premium features, cross-device backups, and competitive league brackets, users must authenticate securely using third-party Single Sign-In authentication (Google Sign-In).

• Security & Integrity: You are entirely responsible for protecting your linked cloud authentication profile credentials.
• Account Sovereignty: We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict user access to our centralized gaming databases if we detect programmatic exploits, database tampering, or script-based manipulation of internal assets or credit vaults.

8. Digital Asset Store: Subscriptions and Mint Credits

Trade Mint implements a twin-tier monetization architecture utilizing premium membership unlocks and in-app consumable micro-transactions.

A. Subscription Plans (Elite Desks Access)

• Scalper Track: $0.49 billed on a weekly recurring schedule. Unlocks access to the institutional $10M simulation liquidity tier. No complimentary credit tokens are bundled.
• Pro Trader Track: $1.99 billed on a monthly recurring schedule. Unlocks VIP platform states, clean interface views (zero ads injection configurations), full rolling 30-day cloud ledger replication, and a one-time onboarding gift of 50 Mint Credits.

B. Consumable Items (Mint Credits)

• Credits are virtual utility tokens natively used inside the interface to reset liquidated, bankrupt, or failed trading desks (50 credits consumed per reset sequence).
• Credit packs are sold at fixed pricing points: 100 Credits for $0.99, 300 Credits for $1.99, and 1,000 Credits for $4.99.

C. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All Transactions Are Final: All payments, credit allocations, and subscription purchases processed via Google Play Billing or other applicable settlement channels are strictly final and non-refundable.
• No Monetary Value: Mint Credits, simulated desk margins, and league rank standings represent artificial gaming elements with zero real-world economic worth and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real money or physical assets under any circumstances.

9. Rewarded Advertising

Free tier profiles contain native rewarded-video promotional modules (Google AdMob) that allow users to generate supplementary utility tokens (+10 credits per validated completed video session).

• A cooldown of 20 seconds is enforced between video ad prompts, and a maximum of 24 video completions per user is allowed within a rolling 24-hour period.
• Any manual script injection or system tools bypass designed to automate ad impressions will trigger a permanent device block and account wipe.

10. User Content and Display Names

When creating custom portfolio watchlists or publishing a public display name for the weekly competitive league queues, you grant Aelvra a non-exclusive right to use this data within internal matchmaking systems.

Display Name Changes: To prevent spam and matchmaking confusion, users are restricted to one display name change every 7 calendar days.

11. Local Data and Device Use

Trade Mint may store simulated trades, watchlists, and app preferences locally on your device. This data is not intended to be uploaded to or accessible by Aelvra.

You are responsible for protecting your device and any locally stored App data. You can generally delete locally stored data by clearing the App's storage through your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Device operating-system backups or other device features may affect how local data is stored or restored.

12. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including its name, logo, design, graphics, user interface, text, software, calculations, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Aelvra and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App for its intended personal purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

13. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, including for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that the App, market data, or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. Features may change, and simulated data or local App data may be reset, lost, or become unavailable due to technical problems, device changes, updates, or other circumstances.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Aelvra does not warrant that:

• The App will meet your particular requirements.
• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Market data or simulated calculations will always be accurate or complete.
• Simulated performance will correspond to actual trading performance.
• Any feature will remain available or unchanged.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aelvra and its operators, contributors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss or damage arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, without limitation, losses relating to trading decisions, financial losses, loss of profits, loss of data, device problems, service interruptions, inaccurate market data, or reliance on simulated results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aelvra and its operators, contributors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

17. Third-Party App Stores

If you download Trade Mint through Google Play or another app store, that store may have separate terms and policies that apply to your download and use of the store. The app store is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the App unless its own terms state otherwise.

18. Privacy

Your use of Trade Mint is also subject to the Trade Mint Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how local App data works, and how third-party market-data connections may process technical information.

19. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons, or where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are legally established, constructed, and enforced under the applicable digital information laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law, the courts at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer, privacy, data-protection, or other mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the party that substantially prevails in a dispute may seek recovery of reasonable and documented legal costs and expenses, as determined by the competent court.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
